The Jesuit College at Innsbruck was founded in 1562 by Peter Canisius. It has a long and rich history.

We are a community of about thirty religious men who seek to follow Jesus Christ in today's world. As Jesuits we live in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola and his early companions.

Most of us are engaged in intellectual and pastoral ministries or are still in formation. Jesuits are teaching and studying at the Faculty of Catholic Theology of the University of Innsbruck.

Connected with the Jesuit College are the Jesuit Church and the Youth Centre "mk".
